London Borough of Merton is proud to support the Love Food, Hate Waste campaign. We are keen for residents to think about only buying the food they need which can not only save them money but also help to protect the environment. Why not take up a local allotment or grow vegetables at home? You can then pick food as and when you need it. You don’t even need a garden – a window box will do. Lot’s of small simple actions can make a big difference.
